01

For shoppers

Three minutes, door to done.

Start the return on the store’s website and pick a Station near you. You get a code on your phone. At the Station, show it and hand over the item. That is the whole trip.

  • Nothing to print, pack or tape.
  • A drop-off receipt the moment your item is scanned.
  • Your refund follows the store’s own return policy.

02

For merchants

Fifty returns, one shipment.

A return shipped by itself pays a full parcel rate. Returns dropped at a Station are collected, sorted and sent back to you together, so each item carries a fraction of that cost.

  • A scan at drop-off tells you the item is on its way before it moves.
  • Items arrive grouped and sorted, not as fifty separate parcels.
  • Built by the team behind MesColis and ShipSmarter, the Canadian shipping platforms.

03

For local shops

Turn your counter into a Station.

A Station is a shop people already walk past: a dépanneur, a pharmacy, a print shop. You accept returns over the counter, scan them with a phone, and set them aside for pickup.

  • A handling fee for the parcels you accept.
  • New people through your door, on their own schedule.
  • A phone and a shelf are all the equipment you need.

How it works

Four stops. You get off at the third.

A return is a short line with four stops. The shopper only rides the first three.

  1. 01

    Start

Begin the return on the store’s website and choose a Station.

  2. 02

    Ticket

A code arrives on your phone. That code is your return ticket.

  3. 03

    Drop

Show the code at the Station and hand over the item, unpacked.

  4. 04

    Home

We consolidate the day’s returns and ship them back to the store.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do I need a box or a label?

No. Bring the item as it is. The Station scans your code and we take care of the packing and the shipping.

When do I get my refund?

That depends on the store’s return policy. The drop-off scan tells the store your item is on its way, and the store decides when the refund is issued.

Does it cost me anything?

ReturnStation does not charge shoppers. Whether a return is free is set by the store you bought from.

Where are the Stations?

The first Stations are opening in Laval and on the North Shore of Montréal. More areas follow once that first line is running.

I run an online store. How do I offer this?

Send us a note with the form below. We will ask about your return volume and where your customers are, and tell you plainly whether the first line covers them.

I own a shop. Can it become a Station?

If you are in Laval or on the North Shore and have a counter and a little shelf space, yes, we would like to hear from you. Use the form below.
